Annual Dues and Assessments

  • In accordance with our Declarations, Annual Dues and Special Assessments are by lot number rather than parcel, pin, or address. Please see the Declarations for details.

Wells and Water

  • Water is to be supplied to ALL lots. ALL lot owners are to share in the cost, construction, and up keep of the water systems.

Lots and Easements

  • The HOA has a 10(ten) foot easement along the property line for well/water lines

  • The HOA has a 15(fifteen) foot easement on both sides, from the centerline of all HOA roads.

  • The minimum dwelling size should be six hundred(600) square feet of heated floor space.

  • Lots cannot be subdivided.

  • Trees larger than six(6) inches need approval to be removed.
