Wells and Water
Water is to be supplied to ALL lots. ALL lot owners are to share in the cost, construction, and up keep of the water systems.

The HOA has a 10(ten) foot easement along the property line for well/water lines

The HOA has a 15(fifteen) foot easement on both sides, from the centerline of all HOA roads.

The minimum dwelling size should be six hundred(600) square feet of heated floor space.
